We often go to have some food in some restaurants.五一就要来了，我们经常和家人一起出去聚餐，有时我们也会去西餐厅吃西餐。All of you want do be little ladies and little gentlemen同学们,你们都想成为 “小淑女”, “小绅士”吧。那现在就让我们来给大家说说有关西餐的一些礼仪常识吧! First let’s recognise fork ,spoon and knife首先我们来认识下 fork ,spoon and knife。也就是叉子,汤匙和餐刀,它们替代了中餐的筷子.
First,read after me: fork. It means叉子
S1: Fork.

T: Well done. The second: spoon. It means 汤匙。
S1: Spoon.
T: Spoon（升），spoon（降），s-p-o-o-n.

T: Perfect. The last one. Knife. It means “餐刀”。
S1: Knife.
T: knife（升），knife（降），k-n-i-f-e.
S2:knife（升），knife（降），k-n-i-f-e.
T: Good. Now we have distinguished these three tools. But how to use them?我们已经认识了这三样工具，那进餐时要怎么使用呢？
S1 S2: Sorry, I don’t know.
T: I'll tell you. We should keep the fork in the left hand, and right hand with a knife,. 进餐时，要左手拿叉，右手拿刀；切东西时左手拿叉按住食物，右手执刀将其切成小块，用叉子送入口中。
S1：Yeah, Miss Guan. I remember that if you don’t like the food, you can say “ No, thank you”.
T: You’re so clever. 嗯,没错,你了解的也不少. 如果你不喜欢递过来的菜肴时，只要说"No, thank you."即可。
S: So many manners. 管老师，规矩还真不少啊。
